Our Facilities

Everything a child needs under one roof — a 500-seat auditorium, smart classrooms, a computer laboratory, a library, an activity room, and the sports and enrichment programmes that round out a complete education.

Built Over 37 Years

Facilities That Support the Whole Child

Since 1989, our campus at Kamakshipalya has grown alongside our students — from 20 children in the first year to a community of 2,500 today. Every facility here exists for the same reason: to give each child somewhere to discover what they are good at.

Alongside regular classrooms, students have access to a 500-seat auditorium, a computer laboratory, an activity room running structured sessions twice a week, a growing library, and enrichment programmes in Abacus and Vedic Maths, karate, and Bharat Scouts & Guides.

What's Available on Campus

Each of these is in active use through the academic year, across all three wings.

Smart Classrooms

Smart class equipment is used to screen short educational films so concepts are seen, not just heard. Classrooms are bright, decorated by the children themselves, and arranged for small-group attention.

  • Short films for better understanding
  • Colourfully decorated learning spaces
  • Used across Nursery, Primary and High School

Activity Room

A dedicated activity room where structured sessions run every Wednesday and Saturday, in addition to the daily routine — the home of our theme weeks and colour concept days.

  • Sessions every Wednesday & Saturday
  • Theme weeks, Jungle Day and Seasons activities
  • Builds psycho-motor and cognitive skills

School Library

A library that emphasises the fun and exciting side of reading. Library access is being extended to our kindergarten students, building positive associations with books from the earliest years.

  • Encourages a lifelong love of books
  • Supports early literacy development
  • Being introduced to kindergarten students

Computer Laboratory

A dedicated computer laboratory where we take both theory and practical sessions — covering everyday office software through to programming, databases and applied AI.

  • PowerPoint presentations and Excel
  • Introduction to animation in Krita
  • Python and C programming
  • Creating web pages with HTML (HyperText Markup Language)
  • Machine Learning and AI Ethics
  • MySQL database and cloud computing
  • MIT App Inventor

Abacus & Vedic Maths Coaching

On-campus mental arithmetic training that has produced genuine competitive results — our students collected 44 trophies at the intra-school and state level competition held at Bhima Jaga Jeevan Ram Auditorium, Sumanahalli.

  • 44 trophies won at state level
  • Speed and mental calculation training
  • Integrated into the Primary Wing timetable

Sports & Assembly Hall

Our sports day is conducted in a grand manner, with active participation from students of all classes and a focus on identifying individual talent early.

  • Annual sports day across all classes
  • Assembly hall for events and celebrations
  • Talent identification and encouragement

Karate Training

Karate classes are conducted on campus. One of our students secured 1st prize and went on to be selected for the district level championship.

  • 1st prize and district level selection
  • Builds discipline, focus and confidence
  • Open to school students

Bharat Scouts & Guides

Scouts and Guides classes are conducted every year, culminating in an annual trekking programme — most recently at SRS Mountain, held on 2 February.

  • Annual trekking programme at SRS Mountain
  • Service, teamwork and outdoor skills
  • Conducted every academic year

Auditorium — 500 Seats

A full-size auditorium seating 500, so the whole school community can gather in one place. It is where our annual day, felicitation ceremonies, cultural programmes and parent meetings are held — and it means a child performing on stage does so in front of a real audience, not a corner of a classroom.

  • 500-seat seating capacity
  • Annual day, cultural programmes and felicitation ceremonies
  • Parent-Teacher Meetings and school assemblies
  • A proper stage for every child to perform on

Come and See the Campus

We firmly believe that positive communication between parents and teachers goes a long way in improving the effectiveness of education. The best way to judge our facilities is to walk through them — visit us at Kamakshipalya and see the classrooms, labs and activity spaces for yourself.
